Biz4x Pte Ltd (“Biz4x”, "We," "Us,", “Our”) respects Your privacy and is committed to protecting it through Our compliance with this Privacy and Cookie Policy. The definitions of the capitalized terms used in this Privacy and Cookie Policy can be found in the Master Subscription Agreement.
This policy describes the types of information that We may collect from You when You access and use Biz4x or Get4x (hereby known collectively as “Platforms”). The policy describes Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. It applies only to information We collect through the Platforms and the electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platforms.
Biz4x may revise this Privacy and Cookie policy from time to time. We will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces Your rights, We will notify You.
If You do not agree with this policy, do not access or use Our Services or interact with any other aspect of Our business.
Biz4x may provide a translation of the English version of the Privacy and Cookie Policy into other languages. You understand and agree that any translation of the Privacy and Cookie Policy into other languages is only for Your convenience. In case there are any inconsistencies between the English version of the Privacy Policy and its translated versions, the English version of the Privacy and Cookie Policy shall prevail.
Biz4x is the data controller of Your personal information if You submit it as part of the registration to be a Subscriber to Biz4x or a registered user on Get4x. We collect and retain this information only where We have an ongoing legitimate business reason to do so.
If Your personal information is collected by and Processed by a Subscriber using Biz4x Services (for example, the creation of a customer record after a transaction), the Subscriber is deemed to be the data controller of Your personal information and Biz4x shall be deemed to be the data processor as those terms are understood under the applicable data protection law. Under no circumstances will Biz4x be deemed a data controller with respect to Your personal information if it is collected and Processed by the Subscriber.
What Information Do We Collect
Biz4x only collects and uses information that is essential to Our operations and enables Us to provide You with a personalized experience or access to the Platforms. This may include personally identifiable information, like Your name, email and contact details. This information is collected when You voluntarily input Personal Data when using the Platforms or when creating an Organization Account, Owner Account or End-User Account on Biz4x, or User Account on Get4x (hereby collectively known as “Account(s)”).
When You sign up for any of the Platforms, we may collect the following information:
(i)
Account information: Your full name, email address and other information You may provide in the process of creating Your Account. For Biz4x, this includes Your corporate address, trading name, nature of business, registration number, telephone number, website, and applicable licenses. For Get4x, this includes Your full name, email address and mobile number. We collect this information in order to identify You as an actual individual using the platforms, to be able to collect and verify any payments and offer You the full functionality of Our platforms.
(ii)
Preferences: Your preferences and settings. We collect this information in order to provide You with a customised experience.
(iii)
Platform Engagement: How long You have used the Platforms, which features You used, etc. We collect this information in order to understand user behaviour and improve Our products based on user experience.
(iv)
Communications: Communications between You and support staff of Biz4x regarding use of the Platforms. We collect this information in order to keep track of Our communications and improve Our support practices.
(v)
Transactional information: If You make a payment, or purchase a Service Plan, We may collect and store information about You to process Your requests, issue invoices for future renewals, and automatically complete forms for future transactions. We collect this information in order to verify Your payment identity and provide You with easier access to the Platforms.
(vi)
Connection information: We may collect information about Your Internet connection, the equipment that You use to access the Platforms.
(vii)
Information from third parties: We may collect, process and store Your user ID associated with any social media account (such as Your Facebook and Google account) that You use to sign into the Platforms. This could include, without limitation, any information that You have made public through a given social media account of Yours.

How Do We Use Cookies And Other Tracking Or Profiling Technologies
Like most online services, We also use cookies, log files, clear GIFs, tracking pixels, web beacons, and other technologies that may collect Personal Data. This information may include information about the IP address of Your computer, browser type, language, operating system, Your mobile device, geo-location data, the state or country from which You accessed the Platforms, the pages visited, the date and the time of a visit, the websites You visited immediately before and after visiting the Platforms, the number of links You click within the Platforms, the functions You use on the Platforms, and the data You Save or download from the Platforms.
When You visit the Platforms, We may send one or more "cookies" – small data files – to Your computer to uniquely identify Your browser and let Biz4x help You log in faster and enhance Your navigation through the Platforms. A cookie may convey anonymous information about how You use Our products so We can provide You with a more personalized experience, but does not collect personal information about You. A persistent cookie remains on Your computer after You close Your browser so that it can be used by Your browser on subsequent visits to the Platform. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Your web browser's directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after You close Your browser.
On their own, cookies do not require personal information in order to be used and most often, they do not identify individuals.
The following are various situations in which You may encounter the use of cookies while using the Platforms.
(i)
Processes: Intended to make the Platforms work in the way You expect. For example, We may use a cookie that tells Us whether You have already signed up for an Account.
(ii)
Authentication, Security and Compliance: Intended to prevent fraud, protect Your data from unauthorized parties, and comply with legal requirements. For example, We may use cookies to determine if You are logged into Your Account.
(iii)
Preferences: Intended to remember information about how You prefer the Platforms to behave and look. For example, We use cookies to determine if You are logged into Your Account.
(iv)
Notifications: Intended to allow or prevent informational notices to improve Your use of the Platforms. For example, we may use a cookie to prevent repeated notifications of the same event if You have already seen it.

Analytics: Intended to help Us understand how You use the Platforms. For example, we may use a cookie that tracks the correlation of Our search suggestions to Your use of the Platforms.
You can typically reset Your web browser to refuse all cookies or to notify You when a cookie is being sent. In order to do this, follow the instructions provided by Your browser (usually located within the "settings", "help" "tools" or "edit" facility). Many browsers are set to accept cookies until You change Your settings.
If You do not accept Our cookies, You may experience some inconvenience in Your use of the Platforms and some features may not function properly. For example, We may not be able to recognise Your computer or mobile device and You may need to log in every time You visit the Platforms.
How Do We Use The Information That We Collect
We collect information to enhance Your usage of the Platforms and deliver more individualized content. We may use personally identifiable information, collected through Your use of the Platforms, to communicate with You about Your registration, account and customization preferences; our legal policies; services and products offered by or through the Platforms; and other topics We think You might find of interest. Personally identifiable information collected by Biz4x may also be used for other purposes, including but not limited to administration, troubleshooting, processing of transactions and other communications with You.
We respect Your privacy and do not share Your information with anyone, except in cases when that proves necessary. This excludes information such as outlet details, outlet rates (unless indicated by You), KYC Repository documents (unless indicated by You) and aggregate and anonymized data, through which no user can be identified.
Aggregate information and information that does not personally identify You, may be used in many ways. For example, Biz4x may combine information about Your usage patterns on the Platforms with similar information obtained from other users to help enhance the Platforms (e.g., to learn which pages are visited the most or what features users find the most attractive). This information does not include any information about You and does not allow anyone to identify You individually.
Where Biz4x is the data controller of personal information, then we will retain Your information for as long as Your account remains active or longer if required by law. If You terminate Your Account, We may continue to keep Your Personal Data for as long as thirty days after the termination of Your account, or as long as necessary to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If Your Personal Data is collected by a Subscriber and Processed by Our Services, We will Process the Personal Data for as long as We are instructed to do so by the relevant Subscriber that is the data controller of your personal information.
Who Do We Share Your Information With
Biz4x respects Your privacy and will therefore never sell, barter, or rent Your Personal Data to any unauthorized third parties. However, Biz4x may disclose Your Personal Data and other information to unaffiliated third parties if We believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary: (a) to comply with the law or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (b) to protect the interests, rights, safety, or property of Biz4x or others; (c) to enforce any terms of service for the Platforms; (d) to provide You and other users of the Platforms with the Service requested by You, and to perform other activities related to such services, including billing and collection; (e) to provide You with special offers or promotions from Biz4x that may be of interest to You; or (f) to operate Biz4x’ Platforms properly. Biz4x and the parties with whom we work may use the information collected for various reasons, either on behalf of Biz4x or for the other parties’ own purposes including research, analysis, to better serve visitors to the Platforms (such as by enabling log-in, providing access to certain sections of the Platforms, or providing customized content) to compile aggregate and anonymous information about usage of this Website and other websites, other statistics, etc. However, if You have deleted and disabled cookies, these uses will not be possible to the extent they are based on cookie information. We may share Your Personal Data with trusted third-party partners if that proves necessary for the provision of Services on the Platforms. We will use Your information only as permitted by law. The following are some of the third parties we may share Your Personal Data with:

Affiliates: Our affiliates, such as Resellers and Third-Party Booking Providers, may access Your Personal Data to help Us maintain and provide the Platforms and Services, or manage Our customer relationships. This could include Customer Booking, customer support, customer liaison, etc.
(ii)
Service Providers: Our service providers provide Us support for the Platforms and Services, including, for example, website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis, banking services, and other tasks, which may require them to access or use Personal Data about You.
(iii)
Professional Advisers: Our lawyers, accountants, bankers, auditors and insurers may need to review Your Personal Data to provide consultancy, compliance, banking, legal, insurance, accounting and similar services.
(iv)
Advertisers: We may allow third-parties, including ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements on some web pages, and such third parties may be provided with access to Your Personal Data to provide advertising tailored to Your interests.
Any third-party service provider utilized by Biz4x will only be given access to Your Personal Data as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services on the Platforms and will be subject to confidentiality obligations.
If Biz4x is involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of Our assets, Your information may be transferred as part of that deal, and We will notify You accordingly.
We may also disclose Your information in response to a court order, at other times when We believe We are reasonably required to do so by the applicable law, in connection with the collection of amounts You may owe to Us, and/or to law enforcement authorities, whenever We deem it appropriate or necessary. Please note We may not provide You with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.
What Are Your Rights with Respect to Your Information
We take reasonable steps to accurately record the Personal Data that You provide to Us, as well as any subsequent updates. We encourage You to review, update, and rectify the Personal Data that We maintain about You. You may request that We delete Personal Data about You that is inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or being processed in a way which infringes any applicable legal requirements. You can also choose to unsubscribe from any of Our communications.
We sometimes contact people that do not have an account with our Platforms, especially if they have been referred to Us through Our referral program. If You receive an email and no longer wish to be contacted by Us, You can unsubscribe from our emails or request to be removed from Our contact list.
We or an authorized third party will obtain consent from residents of EEA before contacting You. In addition, individuals who are residents of the EEA can object to processing of their personal information, ask to restrict processing of their personal information or request portability of their personal information.
Some of the above rights can be exercised by signing in and directly updating Your account information. Alternatively, You can exercise Your rights by reaching out to Us at admin@Biz4x.com.
Do note that should You choose to exercise these rights, You may not be able to access the Platforms or Services. In this event, You will not be entitled to any refund on purchased Service Plans.
Where Our Services are made available to You through a Subscriber of Ours, or Your Personal Data is Processed by Our Subscriber through Our Service, that Subscriber is the data controller of Your Personal Data. Your data privacy questions and requests should be submitted to the Subscriber in its capacity as Your data controller. Biz4x is not responsible for Our Subscribers’ privacy or security practices which may be different from this policy.
Security & Encryption
Any Personal Data You provide to Biz4x is kept on secure servers. Biz4x uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures (a) to safeguard Personal Data against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification; and (b) to ensure the integrity of the Personal Data. If We detect a breach of our security measures, which has the potential of harming You as individual We will notify You without undue delay.
If You purchase a Service Plan or other Services through the Platforms, any payment card transactions made are processed using a secure online payment gateway (Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology) that encrypts Your card details in a secure hosting environment. We do not hold Your payment card details on the Biz4x server.
Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. The Platforms and Services are not intended for children below 13 and Biz4x does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or allow such persons to register an Account or sign up for a Service Plan. If You are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Platforms. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy and Cookie Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Platforms. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from a child under age 13, We will take steps to remove that information.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored or processed outside of Your country, in destinations outside of the EEA in which data protection laws may be of a lower standard than the EEA. We will take all steps reasonable necessary to implement measures such as appropriate contractual clauses to ensure that your Personal Data treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy and Cookie Policy, as well as applicable Personal Data protection laws.
