Biz4x Release 2.17: Supporting Regulatory Reporting in Indonesia

We're excited to be able to unveil the new Indonesian regulatory reports in Biz4x release 2.17. These were developed through close consultation with the money changer community in Indonesia. With these new reports, Biz4x now officially supports jurisdictional reporting in Indonesia, in addition to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Indonesia Regulatory Reports

To access regulatory reports for Indonesia, go to Business Management > Reports > Reports.

You will only be able to access these regulatory reports if your business is based in Indonesia. Aside from the usual transaction, stock, profit and loss and risk based assessment reports, you will see several new regulatory reports. You can filter the list of reports to only show the regulatory reports from the filter on the right of the screen.

B0001 Monthly Report (Bank Indonesia Report)

The B0001 monthly report provides a list of all transactions in a month, accounting for stock at the beginning of, as well as the end of the month. It tracks the amount of IDR being bought or sold (mid-market rates can be referenced from the Bank Indonesia website)

To extract this report:

• Set the month for the report and click on Export

• Select location to download the Excel file

Customer Declaration Form

The Customer Declaration form is a signed acknowledgement from customers about their foreign exchange transactions.

To extract this form:

• Search for a customer’s name and select the right entry

• Click on export and the report will be generated in a separate tab

Customer Information Report (Si Pesat)

The Customer Information report is a report that compiles information about each customer such as their name, place and date of birth as well as identification numbers.

To extract this report:

• Customise your date range and click export

• Select the location to download the Excel file

Sangat Rahasia (PPATK Report)

The Sangat Rahasia report compiles a list of suspicious transactions to be submitted to the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (INTRAC or PPATK). It includes name, amount, and method of payment for any transactions above USD25K.

To extract this report:

• Customise the date range and click export

• Select the location to download the Excel file

Transaksi Jual Beli

The Transaksi Jual Beli report provides an overview of the company accounts with simple accounting information tracking the monthly inflow and outflow of cash.

To extract this report:

• Customise the date range and click export

• Select the location to download the Excel file

To review past reports that have been generated, you can go to Reports history to download a copy of these reports. The system tracks when these reports were created and by which user.

Management Report

Stock Transfer Report

The new Indonesian regulatory reports join the list of management reports that are already available for all currency exchanges on the system: the Profit and Loss report, the Transaction report and the Stock report.

Our recent multi-stock launch included a feature to transfer stock between tellers and outlets. As such, we have added a new stock transfer report for your reference.

To extract this report:

• Select the type of transfer choosing between All, Teller to Teller, Teller to Outlet or Outlet to Teller

• Customise the date range, local amounts and select outlets

• Click export to download the Excel file

The Stock Transfer report will allow you to see the amount transferred, as well as the balance and stock cost rate for local and foreign currencies, as well as sender and recipient.
