How do I troubleshoot Biz4x?
If you experience any difficulty or issues using Biz4x, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem. Do note that the following key combinations described may differ according to the browser or operating system that is in use.
A hard refresh forces the browser to clear its cache and reload the most recent version of a page. This can oftentimes solve many issues that are experienced after a new Biz4x version is released.
For Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers: Hold down the Ctrl + F5 keys
For Safari: Hold down the Shift key and press reload
Third party browser extensions or plug-ins can sometimes hinder the way Biz4x is supposed to work. If you are experiencing difficulties using Biz4x, try disabling some or all of your plug-ins. You may also wish to launch Biz4x in incognito mode (Ctrl + Shift + N) if you are using Chrome, private browsing mode on Firefox (Ctrl + Shift + P), InPrivate browsing mode on Edge (Ctrl + Shift + P) or private browsing mode on Safari (Shift + Command + N).
If you encounter an issue on Biz4x, try testing this same feature on another browser to see if the problem persists. If an issue occurs on Edge and does not occur on Firefox or Chrome for example, you can switch to the supported browsers for the time being, and report these findings to the Biz4x support team for further investigation and resolution.
Do ensure that you are not experiencing connection issues at the point of time when Biz4x is in use as that is known to cause system errors.
