How do I request to complete a trade?

ANSWER

The actual exchange of currencies and payment takes place offline. Once a trade has been completed and payment made, either party can request for the transaction to be marked as complete. If an accepted RFQ is not marked as complete, it will continue to remain on the dashboard until it is either cancelled or completed.
