How do I debit or credit a transaction to a certain defined stock category when I create a new transaction?
ANSWER
If you have activated a predefined stock for a user or an outlet, that will be an option that can be selected when a transaction is being recorded. Select whether or not you are buying or selling a currency, the currency code, as well as which predefined stock from a user or an outlet should be impacted, from a dropdown list under the stock for foreign currency. Once the deal has been settled, the impact on the user or outlet stock will be reflected accordingly.
